OK. How many threads are you using? Try to decrease the amount to recommended value or even lesser. These are huge images, so it takes a lot of memory to process them simultaneously.

Also do not forget to set [EXIF] GPS Version ID to 2.2.0.0 if there are no GPS data written before and this tag was not set.

This is an outdated info. ImBatch can read and write EXIF GPS tags and also XMP metadata.

Unfortunately, there is no merge task. But you can use AutoStich Scans task. This is not exactly what you want. It uses AI (OpenCV) to find the right place for an image to stitch. But in order to find the correct position, some overlap of images is necessary.

There is a powerful Selection Tool on an images tool bar. You can set any condition for the images selection with this tool and then delete or uncheck them (to skip processing).
